Gethsemane Community Garden

Good Things are Growing in the Garden!

The Gethsemane Community Garden, located at the corner of Fourth Avenue South and Tenth Street, is a collaboration between Gethsemane Episcopal Church and community neighbors, businesses, and organizations.

MISSION

The mission of the Gethsemane Community Garden is to increase awareness about the importance of food justice and engage the community in our efforts. Produce from plots gardened by Gethsemane and its collaboration with other downtown congregations, as well as business and community partners, directly provide fresh produce each week for the guests of Gethsemane's Shelf of Hope, located next door to Gethsemane Community Garden. By opening the garden to the community, we strive to create a positive, safe, and nurturing downtown community space.

PLOTS AVAILABLE FOR 2017 GROWING SEASON!

10' x 20' plots and a limited number of 6' x 6' mini-plots are available.
